I have to drive to Memphis today (5-6 hours round trip) to see the dietitian. Not looking forward to the drive, especially as it's raining cats and dogs. And believe me, I don't need any more cats or dogs.

Today is my 6-wk surgiversary. I've lost 15.4 lbs and am very happy about that, especially because I don't want to go out (even to the Goodwill Store) and buy a batch of fall-winter fat clothes.

I bring a small cooler with me on these trips so I have a supply of ice cubes, water, and snacks.

Today's plan:
B: protein latte
S: soft boiled egg
S: skinny latte (from a coffee shop on the way to Memphis)
L: cheese stick
S: almonds
D: miso chicken, eggplant, rice noodles w/ veggies & black bean sauce
S: choco monkey protein balls (2)

This morning's exercise class is yoga/pilates. Burns more calories than you'd think, and I love the stretching part.

Your mother sounds evil to the bone! I'd be tempted to sit down with a spoon and devour that stuff right out of the pan, all by myself.

LOL Jean.  My mom is one of the healthiest eaters alive and has worn a size 8 her whole life .   She eats what she wants but if she puts on 5 pounds she goes on a diet for a couple for weeks till its back off .

I did really well yesterday I thought they would bother me but they didn't.  I had a very small bite of one just to get it out of my system and it was enough for me .  Believe it or not my conscious got the best of me.  I have worked so hard this week and ate really well expect for a bite here and there of something and I felt guilty of even thinking of trying one

Let me tell you they was delish but very very rich !!!  My son will have them gone before the weekend he ate three of them last night .  Usually I dont allow him to eat that much at a time but it's football season so he works it off in one practice lol

Started using Myfitnesspal to track my food when I had problems losing and have lost
weight each week till this week. So... panic has set in..
I go 30Th of October for a fill and they need to give me at least a half of cc if not whole.
Problem is my port is tipped and they have problems getting my fill in so Dr. does it but..
I don't think it went in 9/6 since I feel more hungry than before the fill.

Exercise: walking 4 miles tonight with a friend by the ocean!
