Do you allow yourself treats?
I've found that w/ my new or back to the way it should be style of eating (fresh fruits, veggies, etc.) that my body no longer craves sugar and/or sweets. Often when I do allow myself something I like to have a slice of cheesecake, however that one slice could easily last for 3 or 4 days bc I can't eat the whole thing in 1 or 2 sittings. I'll get a slice that my son likes and will take 1 or 2 bites and give the rest to him. It's a win-win.
I've noticed that many of the sweet things I used to love and crave (and it in great quantities) now taste too sweet to me!
