Finally reach my goal of a 100 LBS lost, it took almost 4 years with my band. Next goal two pounds to onderland. Never give up, some people do it in six months what took me 4 years. Nobody said it would be easy. Just wanted to share my lost with you I am so excited. How long will it take me to lose the last 50 LBS???? I don't know but, I can tell you I will do it! My goal to lose the next 50 LBS, before my 5th year anniversary of getting my band.

Nance, I am so happy for you. Great advice. Everyone is different. Stick with it! I can't wait to get to onederland too.
