What's your food devil?
bread and butter was a biggie. with the band i can't eat bread, or i get stuck. vomiting has a way of curbing that craving. the other is chocolate. to deal with that i buy fat free chcolate milk or fat free chocolate puddings to get the chocolate craving under control without castrophic calorie count. in the past i could eat one the huge monster chocolate bars from aldis all in one sitting. so i avoid it by not buying it and sticking with the suggestions my nutrionist made.

Anything sweet or baked plus pizza. Pecan pie is the absolute worst. It is something I have never, ever, been able to pass but always leads to a binge. Cheese cake is bad, too, but I am a non discriminate sweet eater.
Right now I can't get in enough calories to avoid losing more weight (Heresy of the worst sort here!) and have to add sugar to almost everything as well as full fat, etc. I worry about how I will get off it when I can eat my calories normally. I stay away from things that would really trigger me and would open that door to the dark side but any sugar is too much. I guess I will deal with it when the time comes.
