Yesterday I forgot to put my fish for lunch in my lunch bag, and wanted to kick myself for that when I viewed the contents of the vending machine in our break room. I finally found an old granola bar in my locker to eat for lunch. It was like chewing on a piece of tree bark. Ugh.

Today's plan:
B: protein latte
S: tiny homemade sausage patty
S: Greek yogurt w/ cherries
L: yesterday's lunch (swordfish pureed w/ lemon juice & olive oil mayo)
S: trail mix
S: almonds
D: rib-eye steak, zucchini, sweet potato
S: SF peppermint patties(2)

I was able to eat rib-eye steak with my band; tonight's meal is my first sleeved try. Wish me luck!

This morning I'll do the Cardio Blast class at the fitness studio before I head for work.

Another favoured by OH!!

Highest 290, Banded - 248   Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006.  Regain of 28lbs 2013-14.  ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,

L: WW Coconut Smoothie - adding some LaBrada Protein

D:  Broiled fish w. Vegetables

S: Fruit
S: 6oz Fage Greek Yogurt
S:  Popcorn

10 minutes on bike this morning - always rushing!
Exercise at home after the Cable person leaves (appt from 6-8 so no solid plan)

Not much going on today kinda a lazy day and Friday night football on the schedule for tonight

Breakfast   4 oz steak with one egg and a couple small tablespoons of hashbrowns

Lunch    4 oz pork loin ,  broccoli salad

Dinner  homemade chili will probably eat two bowls through out the night. Soup does not last long at all but that is what hubby and son wanted for dinner tonight

Snacks  I will probably be bad tonight and eat some of hubbys nacho and cheese chips at the game tonight .

 B -yogurt and fresh fruit

L - while I waited for my husband to finish the Mercedes Benz museum tour, I ate a Bavarian pretzels very slowly

D - cold cuts, cheese, fresh tomato and a slice of bread

S - glass of white wine

Lots of walking today, about 8 miles

Lap Band on 01/30/12
Flew to Newark today, headed out on a two week cruise tomorrow. Wish me luck. I am going to keep up my good food habits and exercise everyday!

B. 1/2 meat omelet
L. 2 peanut butter cheese crackers
D. 2/3 turkey burger, no bread with provolone and mushrooms
S. 1/4 c dried fruit and nuts

Rode bike in hotel tonight for 45 minutes and lifted weights for 15 minutes!
