First, you look great! Second, I adore your t-shirt! My husband always calls me Little Miss Sunshine when I am being witchy, so every time I see those shirts I giggle.

I bought the tee-shirt in the juniors department at JC Penney (where I work part time). As soon as I saw it, I knew I had to have it!

My teenaged coworkers were probably thinking, "What's with Miss Jean and Little Miss Sunshine, anyway?"

CONGRATULATIONS JEAN!

You were my hero too when I had my surgery 3.5 years ago!  I want to get a sleeve too so I will be just like you.  (just kidding,) I too don't share your love but, agree it did help me stop the rapid gain during/after menopause.  Also to get a few off.

BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.

Congratulations Jean,

It is so great to see you back on OH.  You look fantastic.  I hope you will love your sleeve as much as you loved your band.

Thanks for sharing,
Colleen

Congrats Jean!

I hope I love my Sleeve as much as I loved my Band!!!!

The Band taught me that I can be happy and healthy again!  I will forever be a Bandster at heart!

Lost 271lbs with my LapBand in 22 months!  My Band malfunctioned and I gained almost 42lbs and then revised to the Sleeve 9/24/12!  I lost another 140 lbs with my Sleeve!  Loved the LapBand and Lovin' The Sleeve!

Congrats Jean!!!!

I might revise to the sleeve and will use my band date as the anniversary date!

No issues with the band, have colon cancer, had to have a total unfill for a nasogastric tube that will have to be used during the colectomy and I just want all artificial stuff out of me right now (100% there is no connection between the band and the cancer)....not sure if I will be a candidate and it will most likely have to be self pay as my insurance now only has a one weight loss surgery per lifetime clause. So I will be watching to see how you are doing with it and if it might be worth it....

Michele,

I'm so sorry to hear about the colon cancer. I'm at risk for that because my  mom had it (and survived surgery to remove the mass when she was in her late 80's).

Good luck!

Jean
