7 Years Out!!!

Hi everyone. I don't get on this site anymore. Life has just gotten so busy but since I realized yesterday was 7 years for me I figured I might as well give a little update on me. I have maintained my weight loss of 80lbs. Sure sometimes i go up 10lbs but I know I have to tool to help me get it back off. Unfortunately I have no new pictures ot update with. Atleast not full body ones that is. Just remember take it one day at a time and you will get there and there is always someone out there worse off than you. So think Positive about it. I have had a lot of ups and downs this past year with divorce and then getting remarried but I never let that send me over the edge to eating too much and gaining weight. I will try and check in more often to offer any advice I can about my own journey. Just remember also LIFE is too short to not live it HAPPY...

Congratulations on being 7 years out. I will be 7 years out in January. It has been an experience for me at least. I started out at around 287 lbs. and now I am about 160 lbs. I got down to 120 lbs. but I was sick all the time and did not feel good but now I am staying around 160 and feel great. I know 160 seems large to a lot of people but it fits me and my frame. I look like I have some curves. This is the latest picture of me. You are doing great keep up the good work

Thank you, yes 160 works for me, I look gaunt at any lower weight and I don't feel good.

Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,

there is no doubt - you just prefer to post elsewhere.

my PA is 10yrs with her band - i know real life persons as well, more with issues.
