You should be taken care of by somebody, Surgeon or Allergan. I'm sure the surgeon will blame the band and visa versa.

You need to get on the butt of this surgeon and make him give you a full explanation. Honestly, if this band is failing I would not get another. It doesn't matter if "he is willing" or not. It is totally up to you. Sometimes if the band has failed for some reason your insurance will approve a revision. It may take some trying and appeals but don't give up. If you are not comfortable with this surgeon get a new one of those, too.

Yes, I will be calling Monday Am for sure. And no i am really not trusting this thing in me and want it out. U think I can get another surgeon? I will definitely look around for one if that's possible.
