Homemade pizza

I am so excited because I don't cook often, but I just made the best pizza!

Half of a flat round multigrain bread (1/2 slice)
6 slices of turkey pepperoni
1 1/2 TB pizza sauce
Pinch of garlic
Pinch of onion
Pinch of Mrs Da****alian seasoning
2 TB FF Crumbled Feta cheese
2 TB fresh grated Parmesan cheese
3 TB shredded cheddar cheese, next time low fat or FF

Toast the bread so it is crunchy, put on sauce and all ingredients and bake on stone at 350 for 20 minutes. It is awesome!

Next time I will add mushrooms and spinach or crumbled turkey sausage. You can put anything on it.

Only 204 calories, 20 grams of protein, 15 carbs, 11 grams of fat.

I'll be eating that again soon! Thought I would never enjoy pizza again.

I actually bought the low carb whole wheat wraps, but since I eat the flat rounds for my sandwiches I thought I would like the crunch. I think I will have to try the wrap to see if it gets crunchy too.

I put the flatouts in a frying pan with a smaller lid on it so they get crispy. It toasts up nice then I make a mexican pizza with refried beans and low fat mexican cheese, topped with lettuce,tomato and salsa! yummy..
darn I am on liquids today and mushies tomorrow so can't even think about pizza!
had a small fill yesterday!

hey my ticker didn't update.. over 83 pounds lost now.. what am I doing wrong?

Thanks Mary, I will try that!

When I update my weight I then click on the tracker and sometimes it doesn't change so I have to click on it again.
