Homemade pizza
I am so excited because I don't cook often, but I just made the best pizza!
Half of a flat round multigrain bread (1/2 slice)
6 slices of turkey pepperoni
1 1/2 TB pizza sauce
Pinch of garlic
Pinch of onion
Pinch of Mrs Da****alian seasoning
2 TB FF Crumbled Feta cheese
2 TB fresh grated Parmesan cheese
3 TB shredded cheddar cheese, next time low fat or FF
Toast the bread so it is crunchy, put on sauce and all ingredients and bake on stone at 350 for 20 minutes. It is awesome!
Next time I will add mushrooms and spinach or crumbled turkey sausage. You can put anything on it.
Only 204 calories, 20 grams of protein, 15 carbs, 11 grams of fat.
I'll be eating that again soon! Thought I would never enjoy pizza again.

I put the flatouts in a frying pan with a smaller lid on it so they get crispy. It toasts up nice then I make a mexican pizza with refried beans and low fat mexican cheese, topped with lettuce,tomato and salsa! yummy..
darn I am on liquids today and mushies tomorrow so can't even think about pizza!
