Pre-Workout: 1 scoop BSN Lean Dessert Protien (Vanilla), 2 TBS PB2 and 3/4 cup of unsweetened Almond milk.
Breakfast: 3 TBS Eggbeaters, 1 slice Turkey Bacon and 1/8 cup of 2% shredded cheddar Cheese
Lunch: 2 oz. Grilled Chicken, 1/4 cup strawberries, 1 Trader Joe's mini whole wheat pita with a dab of Smuckers sugar free grape jelly
Snack: Shelley's Peanut Butter Protien muffin
Dinner: 2 oz. Grilled Chicken, 1/4 Blueberries, 1 Trader Joe's teeny tiny potato
Dessert: 1/2 cup of Breyers Carb Smart Chocolate ice cream with 1/2 TBS of PB2
