Does anyone post this daily any longer?  I read hundreds of them right after surgery to get ideas on what to eat.  If no one is doing it daily, I can start doing it.  Let me know your thoughts.

I loved it too!

B: 6 oz Silk Lite Chocolate milk
L: 1/3 c chicken salad, Laughing Cow Lite creamy Swiss, 8 Special K crackers, 4 bing cherries
D: 2 oz talapia, 1/3 c Italian green beans, 2 TSP mashed potatoes, 1/4 c cottage cheese

1 hr on stationary bike

I am soooo glad!!!!  Thank you!

Pre-workout:  1 Scoop BSN Chocolate Fudge Protien, 2 TBS PB2 and 3/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk

Breakfast:  3 TBS Egg Beaters, 1 Slice Turkey Bacon and 1/8 of a cup of 2% shredded cheddar cheese

Lunch:  Grilled Pizza Roll- 1/4 Joseph's Middle East Bakery Lavash, 1/4 cup part skim mozzarella, 1 TBS Ragu Pizza Sauce and 8 slices of turkey pepperoni...this was so delish.  1/4 cup of strawberries

Snack:  3 Trader Joe's Soy & Flaxseed Tortilla Chips, 1/8 cup of 2% shredded cheddar cheese and 1/8 cup of fresh pico

Dinner:  2 oz. grilled chicken, 1 oz. Trader Joe's teeny tiny yellow potato, 1/4 cup strawberries

Dessert:  1/2 cup of Breyers Carb Smart Chocolate ice cream with 1/2 TBS of PB2.....oh how I love this!!!
