anyone else have pituitary issues before surgery???? SO FRUSTRATED

Well its almost time for my fourth appointment of six with dietitian, last month after tons of hard work I found out that AGAIN I've gained weight!!!!!! I took in my food journal and the dietitian was baffled!!! She said I should have lost a minimum of 5.5lbs!!!! Soooo my family dr ordered thyroid and diabetes tests... they came back normal, he sent me to an Endocrinology dr because I have a tumor in my pituitary gland, mri is today and she had me do a whole panel of bloodwork including cortisol. I'm calling today to HOPEFULLY get blood work results. I hope they can figure this out because my appointment next week with dietitian I will have gained more weight!!!!!! has anyone else gone through this? The dietitian told me that if I'm above starting weight the insurance company wont approve surgery and here I am about five lbs above starting weight!!
