THURSDAY GRATEFUL POST

  Good Morning Everyone,

Life offers us NO guarantees nor anything else for that matter.  Life is what WE make it.   Today I chose to make it a great day.   Today I am so grateful for a program called Teen Challenge.    My middle son has struggled with drug addiction since he was 11 ( he's now 26 ).   13 months ago he came to us after being evicted from his 3rd apartment and he hadn't had a job in months to ask for help.   We adopted him as a infant from drug addict parents and he decided that he wanted to meet his birth Mom.    We met and he saw that she was still a addict and had no desire to change.   She looked about 80 yrs old and is only 58.   He entered into Teen Challenge about a month later after he got off the heron at my home with me watching after him.    For anyone with a friend/relative who has a drug/ alchhol addiction who is wanting to get off....it is not just for teens.   It is for anyone up  to and even older than 65 yrs. old.   It has about a 95% success rate and is a amazing program.   My son is totally drug free and a very amazing young man today thanks to Teen Challenge.    So today I am so grateful for this program and my son.   PLEASE share with us if you will what you are grateful for today.    God bless you all.
