After 5 years of working my AWESOME lap-band this past week I met my goal of having a "NORMAL" BMI for the first time in my adult life as well as the weight goal I set when I scheduled the lap-band procedure! I am walking on sunshine! :) Just wanted to remind all of you out there to keep up the great work and remember EFFORT turns into RESULTS so keep up the great work! XOXO!

You are right for sure! Eat right and move and the pounds will come off. Sometimes it doesn't happen as fast as we'd like, but it will happen.
