What are we eating today???

 Breakfast: 
1 cup of hot tea w/ lemon and honey.
1 egg scrambled with garlic and some shredded cheese.
1 piece of toast with lowfat cream cheese and jam.

Lunch:
Oriental chicken salad. My favorite. I use slaw mix instead of lettuce. I really just can't stand lettuce.

Dinner:
1 chicken thigh, oven roasted w/ olive oil and herbs.
1 yukon gold potato pan fried in olive oil.

What do you guys think of my day?

it is good except are you eating enough protein?
I have to eat 66 grams a day.

 Probably definitely not. It's very hard for me to get it all in.

B: Kashi Mocha Almond Bar
     1 cup of Over the Moon fat free milk and 1 scoop of Unjury Chocolate Protein
Lunch: Cucumbers, baby corn, black olives, 4 tablespoons of diced turkey, 2 small pieces of 
              grilled chicken

Dinner: 200 calories pizza! (Josephs Bakery small wheat, flax, and bran pita with 1/4 cup of pizza sauce and 1/4 cup of skim mozzarella cheese

Snacks: 1 Lime sugar free jello snack
                1 cup of mixed watermelon and strawberries.
