Edit: What are you guys eating for every day meals? I need new recipes!!

 Hello Newcomers and Veterans! It has been quite a long time since I've posted and I just wanted to check in and say hello to all of you. As of July 30th, I have had the band for 3 years and am down 108 lbs. I was expecting to lose a little more, but I am completely to blame for my slow down! Regardless, I am still thrilled with my weight loss and how my life has changed. I am just happier and lighter both in my weight and my heart and it feels amazing.

And as for my physical appearance: HOLY ****! I can't even believe the differences. I always saw myself smaller than I was, so it's hard to believe I was actually as big as I was. Here's a point of reference:

Thanks so much for checking in and sharing your success .  Happy Banders DO exist. LOL  You look wonderful and happy.   I'm coming up on my two year mark so I know what you mean about the weight loss slowing down...but I wouldnt trade it for how happy I am now.  Way to GO GIrl!

 It's hard to believe right? lol It seems like everyone is just so unhappy with their band. I think they just had unrealistic expectations. You have to take it for what it is. No, you aren't going to be able to normally like you used to, but you will be happier than you've ever been if you follow the rules! You look great too, by the way! I need to get some full body before and after shots and put them up here. The change is unbelievable. Good luck with your future success!
