 I miss Jean too...     She helped me alot after my band surgery..She gave me great advise and I think her "Bandwagon" book is fantastic... I know when ever I had a problem or question, Jean was always there for me..Not saying there are not others, that I value their opinon, they are still here..... But, I think Jean got a bad rap. Not everyone is the same..   .Everyone has some sort of issue with the band. It might be something small or it could be a major problem..Me included..I don't always due what is right..And I pay dearly for it...     But, to "Shoot Down" someone for wanting to do what is best for them is just "WRONG".. Come on people, No Two People Are The Same.. Some the band band works for , some it doesn't..Live and learn...Yes, I am greatful that I got the band..I didn't want my insides turned upside down or rearranged,...So I got the band..I am not sayiing some where down the road I might need a revision too..If that time comes so be it..I am not going to get on here and "BASH" the band...You do what is "Beat" for yourself, not what is "Best" for others... I wish everyone great success with their own choice of "Weightloss". no matter what you choose to get.  Hugs..."Lucky"

The truth be known, it was not her band but her esophous and her brother has the same problem and he is not banded.
