What is my deal?  I had a baby three months ago and I am trying like heck to lose this weight.  I have 75 pounds to lose to get down to my goal.  I still have 23 of those 75 just to get down to my pre-pregnancy weight.  I am struggling.  I have received two fills and finally have decent restriction.  I am still not losing the way I need to though.  Exercise is difficult for me too.  I do not get sleep at night due to my new little one so I am tired all the time.  It is also way to hot to take her outside for a walk, which is my exercise of choice.  It was so easy before getting pregnant.  I was almost to the point of obsession with my weight loss.  I was doing awesome losing 60 pounds in five months.  I just can't get that drive back.  What worked for you guys to get remotivated and focus?  Any suggestions would be appreciated!

If you can't get outside to exercise and need to stay in with the baby, bring the exercise inside. Go online and fine some things you can do inside until it cools down. I found some yoga and other exercise videos on YouTube that I used until I could get in the pool. Or if you have a Wii machine, you can do all kinds of stuff with that.

Are you logging what you eat to ensure you are back on track with your eating? I use MyFitnessPal.com.

Congratulations on your new precious little one! Keep up your motivation, you will get there!
