Possible seed stuck?

Hi, today I was eating a grapefruit and spit out the seeds while eating it. But after my last bit I felt just the tiniest thought that I MIGHT have swallowed a seed that MIGHT not have gone down. I have been drinking water the past 3 hours with no problem. But I feel just the smallest bit of nausea. I don't feel stuck but more thoughts of the stomach flu kind of nausea. I can pretty much eat anything with my band so it's really pretty loose. I also swallow birth control pills and dissolvable vitamins easily. But I just keep thinking that a seed is very hard. What I am thinking about doing is when it comes to eating dinner later, I will start with a small bite and give it time to make sure it doesn't get stuck before eating another. Do you think I should do anything different? Also wondering if I do get stuck eating dinner and hate to throw up(which rarely ever happens, but hoping it wont) do you think the seed will come up too?  I think I'm just dwelling on it too much. I am going to go to he gym now and thinking the jumping around might help it go down, if it even exists. (ps my fill dr is 3 hours away and I work all weekend so not thinking about doing an infill, mostly just wondering if it's realistic that I might have a seed in me. Thanks!!!!

If u think it hasn't gone down, made some hot tea and drink that. The head can loosen the band. Good luck!

So I am just finishing dinner and haven't had any issues. (I took a longer between bites than I normally do). So would it be safe to assume I'm good? I'm thinking I probably never swallowed one to begin with?  Thanks. :)

Glad everything is OK.  Marie did give you the right advise incase it happens again.

Also if you had swallowed it, it might have just hit the wall hard and left a sore spot/bruise situation.  I choked on a FF pre banding.  Even after the FF was dislodged It still hurt and I was still choking.  It had left swelling in it's wake.

Take care.
