It has been so long since I felt so empowered. I can back here 2 weeks ago after almost a year of being MIA, You all opened your arms and welcomed me back as if I was a lost child returning home. You replied to my posts. Inspired me to get back on track. You reminded me why I did this in the first place. You helped me to start over. To step up and be responsible for my actions and my band. I have to tell you I have been back to writing in my journal thought and feeling, posting on OH responding to posts and helping those on this board you I feel I can give advice to. I am 5lbs down and 5lbs closer to that girl in my avatar take on my 50 birthday on year ago. Thank you Thank you for helping me get back on track~butterfly618
