1 year update on my revision!

 I give all the credit to running and bike riding! 

What is a revision? I am off to Slimband on Thursday for my proceedure.Sitting at 230 and sooooo scared and yet so excited.

A revision is when you switch from one surgery to another, in my case it wasn't a choice. I was forced to revise to the Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy after my band slipped and caused me to become very ill, it had to be removed in an emergency surgery and I could not have another one placed b/c there was too much damage and too much scar tissue to do it safely (and now, I am so very, very thankful that I could not get a band, my quality of life, my weight loss, everything is basically better with the VSG).
