Here I am

I thought it was time to put a face to Butterfly618.  This was taken for my 50th birthday last year.  19lbs thinner but I don't mind.  Maybe if I see it here as often as I visit, it will motivate me to keep on track. 

This weekend was trying.  Went to a BBQ and the host would not take no for an answerer to having a drink. Every time my glass was empty he would say do you want an other and I would tell him "No I'm good"  He would get mad and say what is it with the "good" crap and make me an other when I would drink it slow he would say drink up.  Damn I had 3 drinks and I know that effected my weight loss this week.  

If somebody pulled that garbage with me I would tell them emphatically NO! If that didn't work I would just leave the full glass there and get something I could drink. A true friend wouldn't dream of forcing a drink on someone who says no thank you. Just say NO!

this is a friend? I would say no thanks you drink it for me!
I walked around at a work event with a drink so everyone would stop asking me "do you want a drink"?
I sipped slow and then sat it down when I was ready to leave.
I would not go to any more BBQ at that person's house...lol

Sorry Butterfly but, that is no friend.  No way would I take that abuse. Sorry but that treatment/attitude
 IS abuse.  He need to show you some respect.

I agree. Sorry he treated you like that. Would have told him to shove it by the second time! You were way to polite.
