0.15 (fifteen one-hundreths!) cc fill last Thursday and I've lost five pounds. I'm sure part of that is water weight, whatever, but even it HALF of that is actual weight lost, I'm happy!

I haven't had a fill (or unfill) in about 11 months now and I wondered if the longer between was easier or harder on your band and the amount of time to feel the difference. Do you still do liquids a day or so after a fill?

Actually, it was a 0.3 cc fill and I knew within an hour that it was too much. Went back the next day and had half taken out. And yes, I did the 2 days of full liquids.

Good for you Bette! My fills and unfills are still .10 up or down. You're right, it's amazing how so little can make a difference.

Nancy! Is this the Nancy that used to have a different last initial? Think so from the lovely photo! If so how  great to see you back. Not many vets bother posting these days!

Better, your pictures look like you don't need to lose an ounce, but its great to hear that things are rocking for you!
