Your Green / Sweet Spot..what does that feel like?
Just to be sure, I'm not talking about the "g" spot
I am curious to know what it feels like to be "green". I'm 6.5 months out and I've had 3 fills for a total of 3ccs in an 11cc band. I've had great results so far and because of that the doctor has given me .5ccs on each of my last two fills. I don't really fill restriction per se but I can eat the expected amount of food (1C or a couple ounces protein and a veggie). After maybe 30 minutes I may not feel hungry but I don't feel full (I guess 'satisfied").
Curious to hear from others on their experience, thanks.

For me, my sweet spot has always been the ability to be satiated for 4 or more hours on a cup of solid protein. If I drink a protein shake or eat soup, I am hungry sooner, but a cup or 8 oz of solid protein keeps me satiated for 4 to 5 hours when I am on the green zone! I don't think I necessarily always feel "full" but my hunger wanes.

I have had one fill, 3cc in 11cc band. I could eat more, but am eating my 2-4 ounces of protein, plus veggies and small amount of good carbs and feel full for 5-7 hours. Sometimes I eat dinner after exercise so it may not be until 8 at night so I may have a couple nuts or peanut butter crackers before I exercise.
I am nearly six months out. I think it is different with everyone!

Thanks all. I had been using the "how long between meals before I'm hungry" but wasn't sure how feeling restriction. I'm ok with not feeling full like I use to and just to be not hungry is fine. As most experience, later in the day is when the band is its most loose and I feel like I could eat a steak and bake potatoe (loaded) but I don't.
@ Nunn...I had lost 23 pounds before surgery so 77 pounds since surgery. I do spin class 3x a week and other workouts too. I'm fortunate to work from home and have a schedule that is flexible and gym 10 min from my house.

Imam 3 years post op and at my goal weight (give or take 3 pounds on any given day).
We went camping this weekend. My "green spot" today means that I had 1 piece of bacon and 1 medium sized pancake for breakfast at 8 am.
Then, at 2 pm we stopped at a Chilis and I ordered a burger.
I ate 1/4 of the meat off my burger and about 5 fries
It is now 7 pm and I am not hungry.
I am going to eat a few Rainer cherries before I go to bed.
Basically 1/4 of what I used to eat satisfies me now.
