I commend you for your good habits.
Mine, well, some good and some bad. Until I met goal I followed very well. Since then I still pound the protein, follow the drinking protocol, and watch portion size. I don't always weigh and measure but have a pretty good eye and go back to the weighing/measuring often enough to keep fresh. However, sometimes I graze, sometimes I allow crap back in, and I have a very, very difficult time eating slowly and having small bites. My ADD gets me there. Problems I have had with my band are operator error, nearly always. It isn't my fault ALL the time though. Hah! My band is very fickle and I am extremely sensitive to fills. I am currently unfilled and will see what happens. I still follow the rules except for occasionally (as in recently).

People who will work as hard as you will be able to maintain their loss quite well, I think.
