What are we eating, today??

OK, after totally eating wrong while on vaca. I am back on track.
B: 1/4 c. l/f cottage cheese
squash, 4 oz fat free milk (I stopped drinking milk after being banded, I'm incorporating small amounts back in, I love me some milk)
S: l/f string cheese
L: 1 piece of ham with red onion on a piece of lettuce with a little l/f mayo.
1/2 c. roasted potatoes (made them for family, they smelled too good)
3 strawberries
D: chicken with snow peas
1/2 apple with s/f peanut butter
How about you???

Welcome back Mari! I too loved milk. I have been drinking a 1/4 cup of Silk Light chocolate. It is fabulous!

Hope you had a great vacation!

B: protein drink

L: 1/2 chicken salad on whole wheat with 1/2 slice of provolone, lettuce and tomato and a 1/4 c of chicken vegetable soup

D: 5 grilled shrimp, 1/4 c green beans and 6 penne pasta Alfredo noodles

Water, vitamins and 60 minutes water aerobics
