Where are some of the people on this page???

FWIW,  I don't remember even seeing those people very often back in 2010 which is when the original post was from. And several of those folks I see on FB now.

I think a LOT of people gave up on OH and moved over to FB - you can post what you want, when you want, without getting Mommy Buttoned by people who disagree with you and their site is much easier to navigate. Photos are much easier to post.

I know that *I* am on FB way way more than on OH and I post on OH far less frequently then I did even a year ago.

It's possible that they ALL have had problems and don't post anymore.
It's possible that NONE of them has had a problem and don't post anymore.

The truth, I'm sure, is not so black and white. For either "side" of the band argument to insist that there is no possible gray area is ridiculous.

I am still here and doing well...I refrain from posting most times bc of the drama. This board is no longer helpful like it used to be and I'm no longer sit in front of the computer and tv like I used to.

I'm doing okay with my band also with no issues and problems.  I'm like the others on here I just dont find this site supportive anymore like it use to be.

I dont mind people telling their problems because that is good info for me to have but the way its done, the name calling, you have a hiccup you need to get a revision ASAP, or evfen worse wishing harm to somebody and their band which has been said on here many times ,  and so forth ...

There are days this site is so dang childi****hought teenagers from FB came over here to post that is how bad it has gotten on here on some days and its really sad.  I have enough teenage drama from my own house , I dont need to sit down on a support site and get the same thing .

So its not like I am having band problems or gained tons of weight and that is the reason why I dont post anymore.  I dont post because of  reasons above what I said and what the others have said as to why they dont post.

I left and I'm much more supported with my new "home"...also, I run a support group for vasculitis online (it's a rare group of diseases and people have no where to turn.  Talk about SAVING LIVES...I do it daily).  So, I'm around, but switched my energy.

 Many of those people are in my private messages.  I just answered 5 of the people you have listed in your inquiry.  They're FINISHED with the bull**** is all.

I'm still here. I've had my band over bypass (BOB) for 2 years and doing just fine. I came back to OH to re-connect with the supportive people who helped me in my decision 2 years ago, but due to the negativity, they seemingly aren't around anymore.
