low carb yogurt

Can someone please tell me where to find a good low carb yogurt?

Carbmaster from Kroger is good. It used to have a higher protein content like Greek yogurt, but Kroger later came out with a Greek yogurt and that seemed to coincide with the protein content of the Carbmaster being lowered. :-(

I love fage fat free greek yougurt.  It's thick and creamy and has less carbs then regular yougurt.

Dannon light and fit strawberry banana or Fiber One makes a 50 calorie peach, key lime, strawberry, blueberry or vanilla 4-pack. There is also a CarbControl brand that's good too. I am not big on the Greek yogurts.

I agree with you about Carbmaster, it's pretty good.  What's great too is that it's usually on sale at a very reasonable price compared to the name brand yogurts.

One more vote for the Carbmaster at Kroger.  So surprised as I don't usually like any "kroger" brand stuff.
