Lap Band Refund

Wouldn't it be awesome if everyone with LapBand failure got a refund?

Hehehe - only dreaming.

 

ALL bandsters with failed bands should be entitled to this. It should happen when the bands are finally taken off the market. No telling how many more will be injured before that happens though. So sad! :-(

How about the bands that don't fail? Maybe we could get a bonus? That would work for me.

Allergan wouldn't be giving out many bonus's! lol

That would be great since I lost my job when I had a band... chronic pain and throwing up constantly makes it hard to work in a public place.

So, yeah, I could use a "do over!"

Instead of a refund, though, I would like to be able to go back in time and slap myself when I said, "Yes" to the lapband.

Sorry that anyone has had issues with their bands. Hope you guys are 100% better now.

I'm definitely not 100% better, but I'm happy to be alive, anyhoo! My diaphragm got damaged pretty badly from the band (and a bad surgeon, as well.)  Takes a long time to heal... but I keep on truckin'!  (I whine about it, though.)  

Then whine to your hearts content. I am also sorry to hear about bad surgeon. Banish him and other quacks who have gave the band (and other surgeries a bad name).

Only wish you the best as you (heal).

When some of us "whined" a day or 2 ago didn't you refer to us as "those nasty horrid people"???
