Meatloaf
I use 2/3 93% lean ground beef to 1/3 99% lean ground turkey. I add oatmeal, egg, Worcestershire, garlic, olive oil and a little water and mix well. You can bake them in a muffin tin or freeze in muffin tins and bake off as needed. This makes good meatballs...just replace the Worcestershire with a little Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese, bake in the oven and add to your favorite sauce.

WELPS, I don't know if it's "good" because I try not to add any of the AWESOME CARBY ingredients but... I combine lean ground beef with ground turkey BREAST (only time I use the breast because it's so lean).
I add eggs, worcestershire sauce, brown mustard, organic chia seeds, thyme, fennel seeds, oregano, finely chopped onions, garlic, red pepper, carrots and even tomatoes (instead of ketchup). Basically it's a hodge podge of whatever the hell I'm feeling that day LOL
I bake it and drain off the grease...then I dip it in low sugar ketchup (because I'm a ketchup *****). Maybe I'll make this tonight :)

believe it or not it's heintz! I first found it on netrition . com and paid a crazy price, but it was worth it. I then found it in my local grocery store on a small island (Marco Island) of all places! I stock up when I see the store has it. It tastes just as good. Only 1g of sugar and no crappy ingredients. Oh, and I get Walden Farms 0carb,calorie,fat salad dressing (French!!!). It's actually really good. I can't stand the standard low carb dressing. I'm a french or a sugary vinagerette kinda gal, so when I found this stuff I was so happy. I still have to get that on netrition, but I've asked my local grocery store to get it. I'm still waiting needless to say. LOL
I would recommend asking your local store to get the ketchup for you. I bet they will.
