Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,

Literally what I posted. Bette's threads keep on getting bumped and this one said nothing other than that. An offer to help people if they PMed her. Her own ability to message has now been suspended as someone reported her for sending spam messages!!

I can't imagine Bette having the time or interest to send spam. Besides, she is too forthright to send anything she didn't attach her name to.

This band is hard work and not everyone is successful. I hope the newer folks on this site can recognize the experience and commitment of some of our "senior" members and won't fall for other's pied piper gimmicks.
