Sunday, I took the train to San Francisco, ran up the escalator (wasn't my train afterall) but I did not feel out of breath or put out by running up the steps.

Today I went in for a fill (#3 and I'm now at 3ccs) and my bmi is 29.8 and I'm now in the "overweight" BMI category.

I was hoping for more than .5 CC today but this slower approach is working even though I'm anxious to get this done and go to maintenance. Its not a race, its a journey (repeat as often as needed).

Minnie, congrats on the stairs and not being winded. That is outstanding.
Being a newbie, not familiar with the fill's and so on but I know you are doing well.

You are right, it is NOT a race.
