 Took subway from Grand Central to Brookyn and back after the walk. (giggles) It was a blast.

 How much does the Lap Band cost and what is the average weight loss involved? I need to lose 70+ lbs! Should I do it??

 John, I really have no idea what banding costs. When I had mine done, it was almost 9 years ago and you can be sure that prices have changed. Also, my insurance company that I had at the time covered everything.

As for "average weight loss involved"? The general stat runs around 50-60 percent of excess weight, but numbers run from no weight loss to 100+ of excess weight.
