As I have said many times. Support is NOT telling people what they want to hear. Support is caring enough to tell them the TRUTH!

Hmmm. Support means being knowledgeable, honest, kind and having integrity in my communications with others.

I am so not a rainbow and unicorn person in real life.  In fact, when the glass is half full, it is ALSO half empty, so don't expect me to always be positive or cheery. Mostly I want to know what to do with the half glass of whatever that is left, and not to cry over the half that's gone.

Likewise, I don't do crazy, and so when someone gets all dramatic and confrontational I am apt to get quieter and more precise in my communication.

But if I always aim for integrity, to say what I mean with kindness but with honesty, then I think I can be a pretty supportive person.

I like the fact that your rainbow cartoon is bleeding out of his one eye!  I try to live by..."say what you mean without being mean."
