What are we eating, today??

OK, I will try and post this everyday, again. LOL It is sometimes hard, we are going out of town again, 3rd time in 3 months. Whew!!
This is a place to "journal" your daily eating, and exercise. It's here to help "YOU" keep track of what you are doing. Good luck and everyone join in!!
B: protein shake with fruit
S: l/f string cheese
L: tuna salad, asparagus
S: apple with natural peanut butter
D: chicken enchilada home made, spinach
4 bottles of water
2 mile power walk, weight machine.
 Mari  Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels!

I tried to post one day but no one responded. Hope it works as I really enjoy adding mine and reading what others are doing. I am not sure what happen to Steelerfan.. do you?

B- 1 cup nonfat yogurt (mixed wth sf pudding), 1/4c bare naked berries granola. 1 med. banana
L- 1/2 ****berg lettuce, 1/4c corn, 3 oz grilled chicken with 2 tablespoons of light dressing
d- 3oz meatloaf, 1/2 sweet potato w 1tsp margarine, 1/2c peas

Snack- probably some cracker sticks and 100 c almonds- Love to crunch at night.

I am going to Dr tomorrow I am  trying to decide if I need a fill or not...but seems like I am eating a lot of food again. But then I am not sure how the summer heat is going to effect it, when it is warm I seem to be tighter.
I will see what they say in the morning.

Exercise: going out to scrape the house some more(painting it ourselves again) then a 2 mile walk with friends before dark.
water, vitamins,decaf coffee, iced tea

B: peach yogurt, spoon of All Bran in it and scoop of protein powder in my lemonade

L: chicken salad on half a wheat flat round and piece of watermelon

D: baked Swai and broccoli cheese with rice

S: piece of low fat cheese
W
Water, vitamins and 45 minutes on stationary bike since we are drowning down here from another Tropical Storm!


Adding more protein in the AM to see if it helps with the hair loss!

 OH my gosh, taco salad sounds so yummy. Do you eat it with hamburger? (sorry that most likely is a dumb question).

yes Hamburger, cheese and salsa. I try not to eat it to often because I like having a tortilla bowl with it

Am newly banded (about 3 weeks) and is the hamburger mashed up well? I am on real soft foods for another week and seeing taco salad surprised me. Do you eat the tortillia and lettuce/tomato/onions also??

Thanks for answering me. I so appreciate it. I hate to ask stupid questions.  But I do because I dont know or am not sure.

The hamburger is pretty small chunks, I can eat anything but a whole piece of cake and a Mc Donalds cheeseburger lol two things I should not eat any way. Other than that I have no problems with food. If I were you I would stay away from the lettuce for a while. I had a hard time when I was newly banded with that. Refried beens are a good choice with cheese and salsa jus****ch you portion size. If you ever need help you can PM me.
