 I'm doing very well today.  Went to spinning class this morning, which kicked my ass.  Had a delicious lunch.  Talked to my sister on the phone.  Now I'm thinking of "plugging" my kids into a movie so I can take a nap.  How are you?

I am doing well. Hanging in there. Today is 3 weeks since I had my surgery.
The weather is gorgeous here. Not too hot and kinda windy. We are getting the outlying clouds I am guessing from the storm in FL. 

Anyhow, congrats on that spinning class. Proud of  YOU. How is your sister? Everything ok with her?
