It's not super high in protein, but for day to day use when I'm willing to mess with mixing something, I use one called Spiru-tein. It's available at places like Sun Harvest and Whole Foods. It works best in a blender and I like to throw some fruit in with it. It has no artificial sweeteners. The best part is the stores usually carry single serve packets of it, so you can try a few flavors before you commit to a canister. I usually get the vanilla and then add frozen blueberries, strawberries, or magos to it.

Thanks, for your suggestions.  I will try a few and see how it goes.  I really need  more protein.

I am a chicken salad freak! Make your own and you can control the calories more. I put onion, celery, nuts, and grapes or chopped up apricots, prunes, etc. In it also and add a little mayo and sf pickle juice! I make enough for the entire week. Really good with Special K wheat crackers or flat round whole grain bread (very low cal) and high protein.

I really like the syntrax nectar! Very good mixed with crystal light or juice! No nasty after taste and actually enjoy it! Got the caribbean cooler and vanilla bean torte.
