Hello everyone,

Sorry I have been soo busy in life that I haven't been on in a long time. I hope everyone is doing good. I have been doing great. I had some ups and downs but all good. My weight loss is doing great too. I have lost 125lbs so far. I feel great. hope to talk to you all soon.

Welcome back Jessica. What would life be if not for the twists and turns. Glad to hear your weightloss is doing well. No problems with your band I see, that is a blessing.

Excellent on the weight loss. You can really encourage some of the new folks here. Hope you stick around.

Thank you so much. I know how it is to be the new girl on the block. I had my surgery almost two years ago. It is a hard road and a very scary one. In spite it all this web site has help me in soo many ways. I thank everyone for there help and support.
