That is a VERY GOOD idea.
Yes...a nice shower as long as your incisions are healed or covered by waterproof band aids. I use a shower chair because of my unstable artificial knee. I sit back and lean against the shower stall with a shower massage. You can find them at medical supply stores in different sizes.

Still with my lapband with no plans for revision. Band working well since
last small unfill.

Those walk-in tubs are really expensive. Like $4,000 - $6,500, compared to $200 - $500 for most regular baths. I just went through major renovations. Involunarily.
