what should i do????
well, it has been 16 months since my surgery, I had lost 38 lbs, but the last couple of months I have gained 10 lbs back, I am so depressed, I have 8 1/2 ccs in a 10 band. Some days I can't eat hardly anything without it coming back up, then other days I don't have any problems, I am really not eating alot, but I am not excersising either, I don't know what to do, I am so disappointed with myself. What can I do to loose some of this weight???? Any advice would be greatly appreciated...
If you are having food come back up you need to go see your Dr, he can help you. Believe it or not a band that is too tight will actually keep you from losing weight and you don't want to make life harder on yourself for no reason. Not exercising? Start small if you need to ...but start, you will feel better and you will turn more weight into muscle giving you that lean look...you can do this :) I found I was most comfortable when i first started working to do so a****er aerobics classes, (cant see me in the water) :) and TRUST me that is a serious workout that can move mountains AND fat! :) Don't be depressed about it, look at what needs improvement on, what is working and go from there, build a new plan of attack. Train your brain to crave movement when stressed or frustrated (it takes time to do so) but if you do train your brain to crave moving rather than food, it really helps in the long run. :)

Do you have allergies? That affects my restriction level. My restriction is never the same from day to day... it can be frustrating. I would also suggest going to your doctor and explaining what is going on. I ended up having a hiatal hernia that is affecting my restriction and causing reflux & heartburn. If I didn't talk to my doctor about it, I would still be struggling and not understanding why.
Good luck. I hope you find a happy medium. I ended up having to keep my band a little on the loose side. Now I have days with awesome restriction or I am a little too loose. Better than being tight and PB'ing half the time.
