It's Tuesday! Get up and Get Moving and Quit Complaining

Good morning,
Hope all is well, it's another day and I am down another pound -- woohoo, I got up at 4am, and started my daily walk of 1 mile and this time I got sweaty, this means my body is getting rid of those pesky regain pounds finally .
Again it's all about CONSISTENCY...if you stay consistent you can't lose, those stalls will turn into scale victories...you won't have a scale victory every day, but as long as you stay on track, stay focused and don't give you -- you WILL BEAT THIS BATTLE OF OBESITY and don't let anyone tell you otherwise and the band will not work...BECAUSE IF YOU WORK IT -- IT WORKS

No lunch, supper, or snacks for me today. I'm heading to the surgeon's office in a little while for a check up and adjustment, which means 24 hours of liquid. That's OK. It's worth it! Life is good!!

Ouch! No lunch or Supper? I guess once you get your fill you will not want to eat! Good luck with your fill and happy losing more weight! You are at or almost goal now right?
