You look great!  Thanks for stating how eating is with the sleeve.  I wish I could go for that, but I don't think my insurance would cover it

Hi Karen, I didn't think my insurance would cover it either.  ESPECIALLY since there wasn't a TECHNICAL malfunction of my band, but they did!!  Doesn't hurt to try!!

I remember this was exactly how I felt when I got my band removed and revised to the sleeve. It really is liberating to know that the food will go down. When I first got my sleeve, I would chew and chew and chew like crazy...then I would wait after each bite to see if the food was going to stay down. I realized this was behavior I picked up my band and it was lovely to be able to let that go.

I guess I was lucky that the sleeve did take my hunger for a long, long time though.

I'm glad to see you doing well. I can definitely tell a difference. 19 lbs is a lot! You should be proud.

Congrats,
Lindsey

Absolutely.  I keep a weekly blog, so there is about 5 years worth of information there..LMAO!!  I doubt anyone wants to read that boring stuff.

I will add you as a friend and will be glad to talk to you about the pros and cons of the Sleeve.
