If it's not available on Amazon, it's probably on a vanity press.

Haven't seen nor had I heard of it until this post.  Can't really comment as to the content.

Where did you run across it?  It might be better to hedge a bit (i.e., instead of mentioning another WLS-related site by name, just generically say another WLS-related site).

Judging from the title, I assume it's a work of fiction?

Just kidding!  The lapband wasn't any kind of solution for me and I had to laugh at the title. Sorry!

I bet it's a self published type of thing... and it might be difficult to track down. Sometimes they only print a smallish number.

Looks like you can download it, though...

I have a different book by the same title.  My surgeon recommended it to me, seems like I bought it on Amazon a few years back.  Funny I saw this topic as I had put this book away until about a week ago to give it a re-read to help me focus on some personal goals.  It is a good read, uses straightforward language, and provides a good overview from pre-surgery to weight maintenance once you are at goal.

The forward says it was written by Paul OBrien, MD, a surgeon from Australia.  The book was a collaboration between his clinic and one in Dallas, TX.

Hope this helps.

**Quick edit -- this book has the same title as the one above, but it is completely different? Go figure.  This book has excellent info, too.
