OMGosh...your last video, I can SOOOOO relate to!!

My weakness is sweets,  not chips...but my husband loves junk food, so when I shop, I always get him his goodies, and as soon as I get home from the grocery store,  I make him carry his goodies to his office (upstairs--he works from home).

Out of sight.  Out of mind.

My kiddos:  

My little one, loves to snack--but she's happy with sugar free jello and pudding, grapes, dried cranberries, popcorn, yogurt etc.  Basically, foods that I don't have urges to consume!  So they can stay in the kitchen! LOL

My son is an athlete and doesn't snack on junk food too often--although lately, he's been getting into my protein powder!  But I won't complain....

Yes... I am starting to get my groove back...I am bit rusty so it will take awhile before I get on the treadmill on high tensity....a few years ago I could get on for about 1 hour listening to Beyonce - Get me bodied...hey it got me into my size 10s...

And now to you...OMG...65 pounds down that quick!  Tell me your secret..please...I am praying I can lose 10 pounds by July...

Yep..that's B!...my IPOD keeps me going too...gotta have on my hits loaded on and I tune the world out...and before ya know it I am full of sweat and it's an hour later

Nana- Thank you SO much for the encouraging words!!! I don't really know that I have a "secret" persay.... I am just working out like a mad woman! I work out 5 days a week... 3 of those days doing the Couch to 5K program and then the other 2 days I do the elliptical. I TRY to stick to the right things to eat..... but nobody is perfect, right?! lol Best of luck to you and your 10 pounds! YOU CAN DO IT!!! Just keep up the walking!! WOOT!!
