Fathers Day WL challenge check in!

After weighing a couple of times, I stayed the same.

GRRRRRRRRRRR, I am going to my band support group tonight and get some ideas how to shake up my diet! 
I wanted to be at or below 199 for my 1 year anniversary which is July 25.  That's 12.4 pounds I want off, I know, I know I am being impatient
Maybe I need to change what I am eating, I know I am exercising enough.
Last weekend's Kayaking, biking and a 5k should have shown by now.

Out of town (2 weeks in a row) -- but down 2 when I weighed at home on Sunday.

so -- started this at 160
down 1 last week and 2 this week --- at 157 right now

I didn't know if i should still participate or not. On one hand i've lost 6 lbs this week. But not in a good way. I had to have my lap band removed on wednesday. Due to severe obstruction and dehydration. Even though i had my lap band removed i am still eating healthy. Let me know if i can still participate.

I'm so sorry you had problems and had to have your band removed. I think you should still participate!! Speedy recovery!
