Wondered if you were getting my posts! First week -1.5, then -4, and this week -2.5. I think that is all. If I missed the first week it was -2.

  I'm the same. I'm so tired and have no motivation. Stress and my health are standing in my way and I have to figure out how to stop them both!  The weeks are going by so fast. This week I have to get to the gym, suck down my water and stay away from crappy foods.
