Adjustable Gastric Band on 06/04/11

It has been one year since my surgery and I've went from 333 to 274! It may not seem like much but to me it's years added to my health, my life and my kids life I love the feeling I have and I'm nowhere near done I like the pace I'm losing it and I love the feeling I'm just happier all together I love my life and all the supportive people around me (even you guys)

Keep rocking it! A lot of times we all tend to forget that we didn't gain it all in a year and it's very hard to lose it all in a year as well!

"May not seem like much"? It's a helluva lot, when you consider how hard you worked for it, and what you MIGHT have weighed now without your surgery. Now - just keep it going!!!

Thank you all! It's positive feed back like this that makes this journey so much more durable and do-able! I just put up a pic today of how I looked as of February and I looked at the previous ones I had up and couldn't help but smile
