Staying Focused - Keep your EYE on the Prize You can't got wrong

I will spend my time for the next few months focusing on ME and only those who are aspiring to lose weight with their bands and making commitments and fulfilling them
First I will start walking daily for at least 1 mile and build up from there
I will drink at least 8 -12 glasses of water each day
I will start taking photos of my weight loss efforts again
I will eat at least 70-90 grams of solid protein at least Mon-Friday
I will only respond to posts that are positive - sorry it's enough negative people here to take care of other negative people.
I will block those immediately who send me or others snide remarks and try to bring others down.
I will give congrats to those who post picture updates, NSV, SV and any type of positive contributions of those working very hard on their weight loss goals.
Sorry I don't have time for any more bantering I am on a mission

Cool......Hopefully if we can get enough people that ARE REALLY HERE for weight loss ...we can turn this board around.... I just walked 1 mile....so I am staying consistent and committed.

I am new to this forum and hope to get my LapBand this summer. What you have posted is how I want to be, walking/water/photos. I have lost my determination and I look forward to getting it back and feeling as positive as you sound right now!
