Checkin' in... PICS!
Just wanted to drop a line to all my OH peeps because its been a while. I have been working out hard and reaping the rewards... I have lost 98 lbs and am feeling on top of the world. I had my lap band surgery on April 7th 2011. I have a whole lot of new found pep in my step and am so happy with my choices.
Anyone who is just starting out.... keep at it and don't loose your drive or your will and you can do this!!!!

5.0 cc in a 10cc lapband (four fills) 1 unfill of .5cc on 5/24/2011.
.5 fill March 2012. unfill of .25cc May 2012. Unfill of .5cc June 2014.
Still with my lapband with no plans for revision. Band working well since
last small unfill.
