Nana,

I really like Nature Valley Protein Bars (190 cal, 10 g protein)  and Snackwell's Protein Bars (140 cal, 8 g protein) both of which can be found in the cereal isle of the grocery store.

They are more than 100 calories, but they are great to carry around with you just in case you can't make it to lunch or supper or on those rare moments when you're famished and need something!!

Lately, I have found myself eating one at night while watching TV.  They soothe my sweet tooth

Full of processed crap and low in protein.  Not good.

Just saying.

That's true, but these 'snacks' are OK once and while.  Especially for someone who is clearly successful.

Sometimes you just gotta give in to your sweet tooth or salt cravings.

Some people have no self control and wouldn't be satisfied with a 100 calorie treat/snack, so this post would not apply to them.

Just saying.
